The MEGA-Drain Accelerated Evaporation System (AES) Provides UP To 50 Gallons Per Minute Of Evaporation Per Unit
The MEGA-Drain® AES brings the best value to our customers for water treatment and rapid water disposal applications

Our proprietary AES system is a plug and play platform with numerous advantages that make it the economical leader. The beauty is the simplicity and solid workhorse dependability. AES departs from legacy style aeration by doing away with high energy consuming paddles and impellers that impart oxygen via brute mechanical force.

Micro-bubble plume at aerator start-up. Plume can grow up 100' in diameter
AES is more of an air induction system than it is a mechanical platform. Pressurized air is imparted into the water via a broadcasting turbine in the form of microbubbles and does not rely upon agitation. Inducted air causes a sub-surface gaseous storm plume expanding up to 100’ in diameter of micro-bubbles. When the air departs from the water it brings gasified water vapor with it.

AES turbine technology combines the physics principles of centrifugal force and precession applied to rotating fluids
This technology offers huge advantages in that:
Water is evaporated with low energy input
One aerator can evaporate up to 50 gallons per minute pending local humidity
No airborne misting jets are created that can drift/cause contamination with wind
Installation is quick and easy
System contains both waste and cost

AES Aerator Technical Highlights:
Floatation consists of un-sinkable foam filled polyethylene pods
Aerators feature pond liner friendly stand-offs
Metallic contact components are stainless alloys
Maintenance free year-round 24/7 operation
Motors and controllers are VFD
Aerators feature stand-offs making them pond liner friendly

Variable frequency Drive (VFD) systems provide protections such as:
Protection for over-current
Phase loss and unbalanced voltage
A short circuit, and a ground fault
